Good breakfast.

We encountered multiple cleanliness issues during our stay. The first room had dirty floors and linens, leading us to switch rooms, but the replacement was just as bad. To make matters worse, we found a roach on the refrigerator during breakfast, which completely ruined our appetite and experience.

The pool area was fantastic, and I loved the cozy rooms with tech charging stations. The heated pool is a real treat, especially after a day at the beach.

The shower was awful and room was dirty.

i had a great stay at best western. the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. the queen room with two queen beds was clean and spacious. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. i loved the cold breakfast options—they had yogurt, fruit, and boiled eggs.

my only critique would be that they need to improve the breakfast variety.

The room size was decent, and I appreciated that the floors were not carpeted, enhancing the overall cleanliness feel. Breakfast was a highlight, with great variety including tasty salads. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, with areas in need of more thorough attention, particularly the bathroom. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the noise from the nearby airport was noticeable at times, even in my east-side room.

Had an awesome time with friends! We played a round at the nearby golf clubs, and the location was perfect for reaching the airport. Breakfast was solid, and the staff were super friendly in accommodating our requests. Definitely a great place for a group getaway.

However, the atmosphere outside felt a bit sketchy at times, as there were people lingering in the corridors. It made me a bit uneasy during our stay.

Couple beware of pests

The staff was super nice, very friendly. We had a little trouble with the water, but they were accommodating when I asked for extra towels.

It wasn’t cheap but it was still acceptable.

We had a nice stay at the hotel with our toddler. The pool area was enjoyable for the little one, and the staff were generally friendly and attentive, making our experience smoother. The location was perfect for our flight the next morning, just a short drive away.

In my wife's opinion, the lack of proper cleaning in the corners and under the beds was quite disappointing. More attention to detail, especially in housekeeping, would greatly enhance the family experience.

I had a comfortable stay with a wonderful breakfast selection and the pool area was well maintained. I appreciated the staff’s attentiveness, especially when they found my charger after I checked out. The room, while clean, could use some modern updates, as it didn’t quite match the photos I saw online.

Not the best experience

Checked in after a long drive and it was a mess. The lady at the front was super rude, and we got the wrong room type. It was filthy—blood on pillows and hair everywhere! Had to fight for a refund when I showed pics. Breakfast was okay, though. Just wish the room wasn’t such a disaster.
